the staff was really courteous plus the location was particularly good and perfect. we went out for dinner, found masala'z indian takeaway, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Peaceful family-friendly property with attentive staff that cares about service. The location unbeatable and good in a muslim area. Based right by many bars/restaurants, the Victoria Memorial, as well as the incredible cemeteries dating back to the 18th Century and the Park Street.

Beds were not so good.

Its located in the prime area of the city, privacy and comfort level was good. Few of the staff were very good and friendly.

Few staff member were very arrogant and unfriendly. When I checked in on Dec 17th night the staff at the reception was very annoying and was asking unnecessary questions when I already mentioned my requirements while booking. Even the staff member at the Coffee shop @ 1st floor forced me to change my ratings on opinion on their service.
